How It Works

The Co-Intent platform allows customers to jointly fund the creation of digital products, receive ownership NFTs, and earn from future sales revenue. Here's how the process works:

  1. Order System: Customers submit orders; an AI assistant groups similar requests.
  2. Escrow Payments: Prepayments are stored in an escrow account.
  3. Executor Workflow: Executors accept orders, create digital products (e.g., books, software, videos), and receive milestone-based payments from escrow.
  4. Tokenization: Completed products are tokenized; customers receive NFTs with serial numbers.
  5. Revenue Sharing: Future sales revenues are split (e.g., 10% to creator, 10% to platform, 10% to costs, 70% to buyers—initial and subsequent—in varying proportions).
  6. Customer Returns: Initial customers recover their investment, receive the product, and earn 100% profit; subsequent buyers get the product and potential compensation.
  7. Sliding Income Window: Main revenue is distributed among recent buyers (e.g., last 5,000), ensuring most participants can recoup investments.
